Chain Chomp Cake! So this was Friday’s project. I had a random pistachio cake in my freezer, along with one last batch of icing. So I put this together. Compared to my last fondant cakes, I am VERY pleased with this one. I was able to take my time cutting this one out, and I think it’s what made the most difference. I used tylose powder for the first time as well, on the chain, which again, came out pretty awesome. Love me some Super Mario!
