Sometimes, when I’m trolling around the internet, I find a recipe I just have to make. Peanut Butter Crunch Eclair Bars were one such recipe. I’ve never heard of using frosted flakes as a crust base - they’re generally too sweet, but they work here. Even Wifey, who does not like peanut butter(I know!) said these turned out pretty good. The one detriment is that they are super sweet; they make your teeth ring. B+ for peanut butter crunch eclair bars.
