I owe you guys a couple things. I’m going to try and catch up today, because it’s Friday, and really, who wants to sell theatrical lighting on a Friday? Not this guy. So these are buttercream brownies from two weeks ago. The recipe called for you to make buttercream, but I already had a plethora of buttercream in a myriad of colors hogging up the freezer from various projects - hence the pink. GOOD, almond buttercream, not the crappy Wilton recipe. Need to flush that stuff. These brownies might give you a heart attack. You’ve got to keep them cold, so the buttercream doesn’t go squidgey, but hey, a cold brownie works for me. A- for buttercream brownies.
